Bryan Gortikov, Principal
As the founder and President of Gortikov Capital, Bryan Gortikov has personally closed more than $3.8 billion of bridge, construction and permanent financing on behalf of clients ranging from high-net-worth individuals to institutional CRE developers. Specializing in structured transactions, Bryan leverages his quantitative background and network of capital sources to develop creative solutions for his clients. Bryan has also owned and managed more than 50 commercial and multifamily residential and real estate projects valued at more than $1 billion and consisting of more than 1,000 existing units and 500 developable units. Prior to founding Gortikov Capital in 2016, Bryan was a Principal at George Elkins Mortgage Banking Company, where he became the youngest partner in the firm’s 94-year history. Bryan graduated with a B. S. in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Bryan serves on the Board of Directors of the Harmony Project, a Los Angeles based nonprofit focused on supporting and developing underprivileged and at-risk youth through year-round music lessons and ensemble participation.

Allen Roth, Associate Director
As an Associate Director at Gortikov Capital, Allen has been representing commercial real estate property owners to secure property financing. His primary focus has been the brokerage of permanent, bridge, and construction loans across all the major commercial real estate property types including multifamily, retail, office, and industrial. Allen is responsible for all facets of the loan procurement process including underwriting the properties, preparing offering memorandums, marketing the loan to perspective lenders, working with the lenders to secure loan approval, and closing the loan. While at Gortikov Capital, Allen has secured over $2.5 billion in loans for a diverse client base comprised of wealthy family offices, high net worth individuals and institutional investors. Prior to Gortikov Capital, Allen worked on Wall Street in structured finance for 15 years on both the buy and sell side with Syncora and Chase, respectively, where he was responsible for originating, structuring, marketing, and closing collateralized debt obligations (CDO) and asset-backed security (ABS) transactions of varying asset types. Allen received both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

Michael Enderson, Associate Director
Michael serves as an Associate Director at Gortikov Capital, where he is responsible for underwriting and executing financial transactions across multiple asset classes on behalf of his clients. Through supporting negotiations with capital investors and fostering relationships with both institutional and family office clientele, he has successfully consulted clients on their financing, investment, and asset management strategies. Michael's professional journey is highlighted by his involvement in conducting thorough market research and overseeing the financing processes for various product types. Prior to his role at Gortikov Capital, Michael played an instrumental role in the successful development, financing, and recapitalization of multifamily and mixed-use property development projects across Southern California at WSC Communities. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics with a Minor in History from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and remains an integral member of his alma mater. Michael is currently a member of the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group (REAG) and the UCLA Alumni Mentor program, where he actively mentors and supports students interested in pursuing a career in commercial real estate.
